Geraldine M. Wolk, CPA, MBA has particular expertise in wholesale and retail trades, professional practices, not-for-profits, and trusts and estates.

She began her career as a staff management accountant for Elizabeth Arden Cosmetics, Inc. and founded her own general accounting firm in 1984. In 1998, she merged her practice with Carol C. Markman, CPA, where her responsibilities included management of audit, review and compilation engagements and income tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and fiduciaries.

A graduate of Syracuse University College of Business Administration, she earned an MBA in accounting from Hofstra University in 1977 and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1981. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA); and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners.
