Donna Zincone is a Certified Novell Engineer and has been the firm’s systems manager since 1990. She is responsible for the maintenance of the Novell Network, all computer software and hardware, and provides computer and software training and support for the firm and its clients. Donna provides disaster recovery information and advice to clients as well. She implemented and maintains the Client Portals.
In addition to her responsibilities as systems manager, Donna is in charge of all internal accounting for the firm and oversees the junior accounting staff. She provides monthly and quarterly accounting and year-end tax services, individual and business tax returns, compilation and review financial statements and tax planning for a diverse number of clients, including medical professionals, educational, personnel, and those in financial services, real estate, the wholesale and retail equipment industry.
Mrs. Zincone earned a degree in accounting from Nassau Community College and received her Novell certifications from Westcon Technologies and INET Solutions, Inc. She is presently certified for Novell Netware 3.11 through 5.1, including websphere applications. In addition, she has extensive experience with Microsoft and Citrix platforms and operating systems.
